What I delivered
Built and deployed a visual web platform for a branding agency, pairing WebGL effects and motion with lead-capture routes, analytics, and a Python/FFmpeg media optimization workflow.

The problem
The design challenge was to combine WebGL, video, and motion effects with practical rendering and page-weight constraints while keeping campaign lead capture and attribution organized.
Engineering decisions
Interactive visual design
Combine Three.js/OGL effects, GSAP animations, and smooth scrolling in the agency website.
Media delivery
Automated video preparation with a Python/FFmpeg batch pipeline. It converts source footage to web-ready H.264/AAC, limits dimensions to 1080p, and moves playback metadata to the front of the file so video can begin before the full download completes.
Campaign routes
Organize lead-capture routes for different campaign entry points.
Lead delivery and analytics
Integrate Resend for lead delivery and PostHog for engagement and funnel analysis.
Production delivery combines Next.js 16, Three.js/OGL shaders, GSAP/Lenis motion, Resend lead routing, PostHog analytics, and automated FFmpeg H.264/AAC media transcoding.
Delivered outcomes
- Added viewport-aware WebGL rendering and smooth-scroll behavior to the agency site
